Class schedules are created by the Training Center Division, not by Campus Admins. Each class typically has 12 sessions, though some Level 2 classes may have 6 or 9 sessions. Online classes start at 12:00 AM and end one week later.

How do I upload attendance for onsite students?

  1. Navigate to Class > Class Attendance
  2. Select the class session
  3. Upload or mark attendance for onsite students
  4. Save the attendance records

Campus Admins are responsible for uploading attendance for onsite students. Online students mark their own attendance through the learning platform. Students need to attend at least 11 sessions to be eligible for exams.

How do I check a student's attendance records?

  1. Navigate to Class > Class Attendance
  2. Search for the student by name or ID
  3. Filter by class or date range if needed
  4. View the student's attendance history across sessions

Monitor attendance closely as students require 11 out of 12 sessions to qualify for exams.

How do I view student feedback for a class?

  1. Navigate to Feedbacks > Student Feedbacks
  2. Filter by class or course
  3. Review ratings and written comments
  4. Identify trends and areas for improvement

How do I view instructor assignments?

How do I check class analytics/statistics?
