Schedule
View class and exam schedules in SSAdmin
Overview
The Schedule section allows Campus Admins and HQ Admins to view the schedules that have been set up for the school year. All schedules are created by the Training Center Division before the start of the school year.
Campus Admins do not create or modify schedules. Schedules are organized by campus, and each campus has its own schedule that determines when each class or exam holds throughout the school year.

Understanding Schedules
How Schedules Work
- Schedules are determined by the Training Center Division before the school year begins
- Schedules are organized by campus - each campus has its own schedule
- A particular schedule runs throughout the entire school year
- Schedules are NOT by instructor, course, or exam type - they are by campus
Classes and Courses
A class is an instance of a course. When a campus has a scheduled class:
Physical (Onsite) Classes:
- Start on the scheduled day (may be in the evening)
- May span 2-3 days depending on the campus
- Attendance is uploaded by the Campus Admin (SSAdmin)
Online Classes:
- Start at 12:00 AM on the scheduled day
- End exactly one week after the start time
- Students mark their own attendance online
Class Session Counts
| Level | Course Type | Number of Sessions |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | All courses | 12 sessions |
| Level 2 | Most courses | 12 sessions |
| Level 2 | Stream courses (Spiritual Leadership, Supportive Leadership) | 6 sessions |
| Level 2 | One specific course | 9 sessions |
