View and manage all course quizzes
Overview
The Quiz List page displays all quizzes in the system. Create new quizzes, manage existing ones, and track quiz status from this page.
Viewing the Table
To access the Quiz List:
- Navigate to Assessment > Quiz
- Click on Quiz List
- View all available quizzes
Table Columns

| S/N | Serial number |
| Quiz Name | Name of the quiz |
| Course | Associated course |
| Level | Level 1 or Level 2 |
| Questions | Number of questions |
| Deadline | Submission deadline |
| Status | Active, Closed |
| Actions | View, Edit, Manage |
Searching
Search by quiz name or course name.
Filtering
- Level - Level 1 or Level 2
- Course - Specific course
- Status - Active, Closed
Actions
View Quiz
See quiz details and submissions.
Edit Quiz
Modify quiz information.
Manage Questions
Add, edit, or remove quiz questions.
Create New Quiz
- Click Create Quiz
- Enter quiz name
- Select course and level
- Set deadline
- Add questions
- Publish
Sorting
Sort by Quiz Name, Course, Deadline, or Status.
Pagination
Standard pagination controls.
Permissions/Access

Keep quizzes short and focused. 10-15 questions covering recent material works well for regular assessment.
