Sign in to your SSAdmin account with email and password
Overview
The login page allows authorized users to access SSAdmin using their email address and password. After successful authentication, users are redirected to the dashboard where they can manage students, classes, and other administrative functions.
How to Sign In
Step-by-Step Login Process

Navigate to Login Page
- Go to SSAdmin login page
- Or click "Sign In" from the homepage

Enter Your Email Address
- Type your registered email address
- Email is case-insensitive

Enter Your Password
- Type your password carefully
- Password is case-sensitive
- Click the eye icon to show/hide password

Remember Me (Optional)
- Check the box to stay logged in
- Only use on personal devices
- Extends session duration

Click Sign In Button
- Wait for authentication
- Don't click multiple times
- Loading indicator appears

Access Dashboard
- Automatic redirect after successful login
- Dashboard page loads

Login Page Features
Email Field
What to Enter:
- Your registered work email
- Full email address (user@domain.com)
- No spaces before or after
Validation:
- Must be valid email format
- Required field (cannot be empty)
- Checks if email exists in system
Password Field
Password Visibility Toggle:
- Eye icon on the right side
- Click to show password text
- Click again to hide password
- Helps verify password before submitting
Security:
- Dots or asterisks hide password
- Not stored in browser history
- Encrypted during transmission
Remember Me Option
What It Does:
- Keeps you logged in for extended period
- Skips login on return visits
- Saves secure session token
When to Use:
- On your personal computer
- On your office workstation
- When you're the only user
When NOT to Use:
- On shared computers
- On public computers
- When others might access device
Error Messages
"Invalid email address"
How to Fix:
- Check for typos
- Ensure @ symbol included
- Verify domain extension (.com, .org, etc.)
- Remove extra spaces
"Sign in failed" or "Invalid credentials"
How to Fix:
- Double-check email spelling
- Verify password (check caps lock)
- Use password visibility toggle
- Try password reset if forgotten
- Contact administrator if account locked
Troubleshooting
Cannot Remember Password
Solution: Use the password reset feature
- Click "Forgot your Password?" link
- Enter your email address
- Check email for magic link
- Follow password reset process
- Return to login with new password

Account Not Activated Yet
Solution: Complete invitation acceptance first
- Find invitation email
- Click invitation link
- Set your password
- Account activates automatically
- Then proceed to login

Keep Getting Logged Out
Possible Causes:
- "Remember Me" not checked
- Browser clearing cookies
- Security policy settings
Solutions:
- Check "Remember Me" option
- Adjust browser cookie settings
- Allow cookies for the site

Password Security
Do:
- Use unique password (don't reuse)
- Use strong password (mix of characters)
- Change password if compromised
- Keep password confidential
Don't:
- Share password with anyone
- Write password on sticky notes
- Use simple passwords (123456, password, etc.)
- Use same password for multiple accounts
Device Security
Personal Device:
- Enable "Remember Me"
