View examination schedules across all campuses

Overview

The Exam Schedules page allows administrators to view examination schedules for all campuses and levels. Exam schedules are set by the Training Center Division before the school year begins. Each campus has its own schedule that determines when exams are available throughout the school year.

Exams are available throughout the time the class is open online. Both onsite and online students take exams online.

Accessing Exam Schedules

To access Exam Schedules:

  1. Navigate to Assessment in the sidebar
  2. Click on Exams
  3. Select Exam Schedules
  4. View all scheduled examinations

Types of Exams

Regular Exams

Regular exams are tied to specific classes and have the following characteristics:

  • Available throughout the time the class is open online
  • Students can take exams at any point during the class period
  • Attendance requirement: Students must have attendance for at least 11 sessions before taking the exam
  • The exam period aligns with the class schedule for each campus

General Exams

General Exams are special exam periods set by the Training Center Division as part of the school year schedule:

  • All exams are available during the General Exam period
  • No attendance requirement - any student can take any exam, whether or not they have taken the classes
  • Each campus has their own General Exam dates for each intake
  • Duration can range from 2-3 days to 1 week
  • General Exam dates can be adjusted by Campus Admin or HQ Admin

General Exams are useful for students who need to complete makeup or carryover courses, or who missed exams during the regular class period.

Understanding Exam Availability

Regular Exam Period

  • Exams are available throughout the time the class is open online
  • Students can take exams at any point during this period
  • The exam period aligns with the class schedule for each campus
  • Requires 11 sessions attendance for eligibility

General Exam Period

  • All exams available regardless of class attendance
  • Dates set per campus per intake by Training Center Division
  • Can be adjusted by Campus Admin or HQ Admin
  • Duration varies by campus (2-3 days to 1 week)

Attendance Requirement (Regular Exams Only)

Students cannot take regular exams until they have attendance for at least 11 sessions (onsite or online):

  • Onsite student attendance is uploaded by the Campus Admin (SSAdmin)
  • Online students mark their own attendance
  • The system automatically checks eligibility before allowing exam access
  • This requirement does not apply during General Exams

Exam Format

  • All exams are taken online - both onsite and online students
  • Students access exams through the student portal
  • Exams are available 24/7 during the exam period

Searching

Search exams by:

  • Exam name
  • Course name
  • Campus name

Filtering

Available Filters

  1. Campus - Filter by campus location
  2. Level - Level 1 or Level 2
  3. Date Range - Exam availability period
  4. Status - Available, Closed
  5. Course - Specific course examinations

Applying Filters

  1. Click the Filter button
  2. Select your filter criteria
  3. Click Apply Filters
  4. View filtered results

Actions

View Exam Details

View complete exam information including:

  • Exam availability period
  • Eligible students (those with 11+ sessions attended)
  • Completion status
  • Results summary

Monitor Student Progress

Track which students:

  • Have met the attendance requirement
  • Have started the exam
  • Have completed the exam
  • Are still pending

Sorting

Sort by Exam Name, Course, Available From date, Campus, or Status.

Pagination

Standard pagination: 10, 25, 50, 100 items per page.

Campus Admins can only view exam schedules and monitor student progress for their assigned campus.
