Orientation Schedules

Overview

The Orientation Schedules page displays orientation activities for students. Orientation is an important part of the student onboarding process.

Orientation Availability

Orientation is always available for students to go through as long as they are enrolled in the program. However, it is important for students to attend and mark the orientation activities online.

Viewing the Table

To access Orientation Schedules:

1. Navigate to Orientation in the sidebar
2. Click on Orientation Schedule
3. View all scheduled orientation sessions

Table Columns

Searching

Search by:

• Session title
• Campus name

Filtering

Available Filters

1. Campus - Filter by campus
2. Date Range - Session date range
3. Status - Upcoming, In Progress, Completed
4. Intake - Target intake group

Actions

View Session Details

View complete orientation information:

• Session details
• Registered attendees
• Attendance records
• Materials provided

Edit Schedule

Modify orientation details:

1. Click edit
2. Update date or time
3. Adjust capacity if needed
4. Save changes

Cancel Session

Cancel an orientation session:

1. Click cancel
2. Provide reason
3. Confirm
4. Registered students notified

Mark Attendance

After the session:

1. Open session details
2. Mark attendees present/absent
3. Save attendance records
4. Update student onboarding status

Sorting

Sort by Title, Campus, Date, or Status.

Pagination

Standard pagination controls.
