Class Attendance
Track and manage student attendance for classes
Overview
The Class Attendance page allows you to view and manage attendance records for all class sessions. Tracking attendance is essential for monitoring student engagement and academic progress.
Viewing the Table
To access Class Attendance:
- Navigate to Academic & Learning > Class
- Click on Class Attendance
- View attendance records for all classes
Table Columns

| Student | Student name and ID |
| Class | Class/Course name |
| Date | Class date |
| Campus | Campus location |
| Status | Present, Absent, Late, Excused |
| Marked By | Admin who recorded attendance |

Searching
Search by:
- Student name or ID
- Class name
- Campus name
Filtering
Available Filters
- Campus - Filter by campus
- Level - Level 1 or Level 2
- Class/Course - Specific class
- Date Range - Attendance date range
- Status - Present, Absent, Late, Excused
- Intake - Student intake period
Actions
View Attendance Details
Click to see:
- Student information
- Class details
- Attendance history
- Notes or comments
Edit Attendance
Modify attendance records:
- Click edit icon
- Change status (Present/Absent/Late)
- Add notes if needed
- Save changes
Bulk Mark Attendance
Mark attendance for multiple students:
- Select the class
- View enrolled students
- Mark each student's status
- Save all at once
Sorting
Sort by Student, Class, Date, or Status.
Pagination
Standard pagination: 10, 25, 50, 100 items per page.

Mark attendance immediately after class while information is fresh. Delayed entry may lead to inaccuracies.
