Manage class questions and answers from students
Overview
The Class Q&A page displays questions submitted by students during or after class sessions. This feature allows instructors and admins to address student queries and provide clarifications.
Viewing the Table
To access Class Q&A:
- Navigate to Academic & Learning > Feedbacks
- Click on Class Q & A
- View all submitted questions
Table Columns

Search by:
- Student name
- Class name

Filtering
Available Filters
- Campus - Filter by campus
- Level - Level 1 or Level 2
- Class - Specific class
- Status - Pending, Answered, Closed
- Date Range - Question submission period
Actions
View Question
See the full question and any existing answers.
Answer Question
Provide a response:
- Click Answer
- Type your response
- Submit answer
- Status changes to "Answered"
- Student notified
Close Question
Close without further response:
- Click Close
- Optionally add a note
- Status changes to "Closed"
Sorting
Sort by Student, Class, Status, or Date.
Pagination
Standard pagination controls.
Permissions/Access
