Overview

The Class Analytics page provides statistical insights into class performance across the organization. Use these metrics to evaluate teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and identify areas for improvement.

Viewing the Analytics

To access Class Analytics:

1. Navigate to Academic & Learning > Class
2. Click on Stats & Reports
3. View class statistics dashboard

Available Metrics

Attendance Metrics

• Average Attendance Rate - Overall attendance percentage
• Attendance by Campus - Campus-wise breakdown
• Attendance Trends - Week-over-week changes
• Low Attendance Classes - Classes below threshold

Feedback Metrics

• Average Rating - Overall class rating
• Rating Distribution - Breakdown by rating level
• Top Rated Classes - Highest performing classes
• Lowest Rated Classes - Classes needing attention

Instructor Metrics

• Classes per Instructor - Teaching load distribution
• Instructor Ratings - Performance by instructor
• Attendance by Instructor - Attendance rates per instructor
