Payment Status

Track student payment status and outstanding balances

Overview

The Payment Status page provides a comprehensive view of student payment status across the organization. Track who has paid, who has outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.

Viewing the Table

To access Payment Status:

  1. Navigate to Tuition in the sidebar
  2. Click on Student Payment Status
  3. View payment status for all students

Table Columns

Searching

Search by student name or ID.

Filtering

Available Filters

  1. Campus - Filter by campus
  2. Level - Level 1 or Level 2
  3. Status - Fully Paid, Partial, Pending
  4. Intake - Filter by intake period
  5. Balance Range - Filter by outstanding amount

Actions

View Payment History

See all payments made by the student.

Record Payment

Add a new payment:

  1. Click Record Payment
  2. Enter payment details
  3. Select payment method
  4. Add reference number
  5. Save

Send Reminder

Send payment reminder to student with outstanding balance.

Sorting

Sort by Student, Balance, Status, or Last Payment Date.

Pagination

Standard pagination controls.
