Payment Status
Track student payment status and outstanding balances
Overview
The Payment Status page provides a comprehensive view of student payment status across the organization. Track who has paid, who has outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
Viewing the Table
To access Payment Status:
- Navigate to Tuition in the sidebar
- Click on Student Payment Status
- View payment status for all students
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| S/N | Serial number |
| Student | Student name and ID |
| Campus | Enrolled campus |
| Level | Academic level |
| Total Due | Total fees owed |
| Amount Paid | Total payments made |
| Balance | Outstanding balance |
| Status | Fully Paid, Partial, Pending |
| Last Payment | Date of last payment |
| Actions | View, Record Payment |
Searching
Search by student name or ID.
Filtering
Available Filters
- Campus - Filter by campus
- Level - Level 1 or Level 2
- Status - Fully Paid, Partial, Pending
- Intake - Filter by intake period
- Balance Range - Filter by outstanding amount
Actions
View Payment History
See all payments made by the student.
Record Payment
Add a new payment:
- Click Record Payment
- Enter payment details
- Select payment method
- Add reference number
- Save
Send Reminder
Send payment reminder to student with outstanding balance.
Sorting
Sort by Student, Balance, Status, or Last Payment Date.
Pagination
Standard pagination controls.
Permissions/Access
