Payment Transactions
View and manage all payment transaction records
Overview
The Payment Transactions page displays all payment records in the system. View payment history, verify transactions, and manage payment data from this comprehensive transaction log.
Viewing the Table
To access Payment Transactions:
- Navigate to Tuition in the sidebar
- Click on Student Payment Transactions
- View all payment records
Table Columns

Search by:
- Student name or ID
- Reference number

Available Filters
- Campus - Filter by campus
- Date Range - Payment date range
- Method - Bank Transfer, Cash, Online
- Status - Confirmed, Pending Verification
- Amount Range - Filter by payment amount
- Recorded By - Filter by recording admin

View Transaction
See complete transaction details:
- All payment information
- Supporting documentation
- Audit trail
Edit Transaction
Modify transaction details (with audit logging).
Verify Transaction
Confirm pending transactions:
- Review transaction details
- Verify with bank records
- Mark as Confirmed
- Update student balance
Record New Payment
Add a new payment transaction.
Sorting
Sort by Student, Amount, Date, or Status.
Pagination
Standard pagination controls.

Always include bank reference numbers for electronic payments. This makes reconciliation much easier.
