View communication history with a student
Overview
The Communications tab displays the history of communications sent to the student through the system, including notifications, messages, and announcements.
What You Can View
Communication History
List of all communications:
- Date sent
- Subject/Title
- Message type
- Status (Sent, Delivered, Read)
Message Details
Click on a communication to view:
- Full message content
- Sender information
- Delivery status
- Date and time
Communication Types
- System Notifications - Automated messages from the system
- Announcements - Campus or school-wide announcements
- Direct Messages - Messages sent by admins
