Profile Tab

Managing student personal and login information

Overview

The Profile tab contains all personal information about a student. It is divided into several sub-tabs for organized access to different types of information.

Sub-tabs

Personal Details

Basic student information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Profile Photo

Login Details

Account access information:

  • Email - Student's login email
  • Password - Student password (masked)
  • Do You Want This Student To Onboard Again? - Reset onboarding status
  • Do You Want To Restrict This Student Access Due To Pending Fees? - Temporary block for payment issues
  • Do You Want To Block This Student Permanently? - Permanent account block

Contact Details

Student contact information:

  • Phone Number
  • Alternative Phone
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Country

Church Details

Church affiliation information:

  • Church Name
  • Pastor's Name
  • Church Address

Relationship Details

Emergency contact and relationship information:

  • Next of Kin Name
  • Relationship
  • Next of Kin Phone
  • Next of Kin Address

RBTC Details

Program-specific information:

  • Campus
  • Intake
  • Session
  • Student ID
  • Enrollment Date

Editing Profile Information

  1. Navigate to the sub-tab you want to edit
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the field
  3. Update the information
  4. Save changes

Some fields may be read-only depending on your role and the field type.

Blocking a Student

To restrict or block a student's access:

  1. Go to Profile > Login Details
  2. Select the appropriate option:
    • Restrict Access Due To Pending Fees - Student cannot access until fees are paid
    • Block Student Permanently - Student is permanently blocked from the system
  3. Save changes

To unblock, set the option back to "No" and save.
