Tuition Tab

View and manage student tuition and payment records

Overview

The Tuition tab displays all financial information related to a student's tuition, including payment status, payment history, and outstanding balance.

What You Can View

Payment Summary

Overview of the student's financial status:

  • Total tuition amount
  • Amount paid
  • Outstanding balance
  • Payment status (Paid, Partial, Pending)

Payment History

List of all payments made:

  • Payment date
  • Amount
  • Payment method
  • Reference number
  • Recorded by

Fee Breakdown

Detailed breakdown of fees:

  • Tuition fee
  • Registration fee
  • Other applicable fees

Actions

Record a Payment

  1. Click Record Payment or Update Tuition
  2. Enter payment amount
  3. Select payment method
  4. Enter reference number (if applicable)
  5. Save

View Payment Details

  1. Click on a payment record
  2. View full transaction details
  3. Check payment reference and date

Export Payment History

  1. Click Export
  2. Select format (CSV or Excel)
  3. Download the file

Students are uploaded to SSAdmin after their initial deposit has been confirmed. The system tracks payment records but does not process payments directly.
