Overview

User Lists provide organized views of students based on their status, level, and progress in the academic program. Each list serves a specific administrative purpose and contains students matching particular criteria.

Available Lists

Common List Features

All user lists share these common features:

Table Layout

Each list displays students in a table format with:

  • S/N - Serial number for reference
  • Student Name - Full name with profile link
  • Student ID - Unique identifier
  • Campus - Enrolled campus location
  • Level - Current academic level (1 or 2)
  • Status - Current enrollment status
  • Actions - View, edit, and other operations

Search Functionality

Search across the list by:

  • Student name (first or last)
  • Student ID
  • Email address

Filtering Options

Common filters available:

  • Campus - Filter by campus location
  • Level - Filter by Level 1 or Level 2
  • Intake - Filter by intake period (October, January, April)
  • Session - Filter by academic session
  • Status - Filter by specific status

Sorting

Sort tables by clicking column headers:

  • Name (alphabetical)
  • Date (chronological)
  • Status (grouped)

Pagination

Navigate through large lists using:

  • Previous/Next buttons
  • Page number selection
  • Items per page selector (10, 25, 50, 100)

Export

Export filtered or full lists:

  • CSV format for spreadsheets
  • Excel format for detailed analysis

Common Questions

Q: Which list should I use for day-to-day work? A: Use "Existing Students" for most daily operations.

Q: How do I find a student who might have withdrawn? A: Check the "Withdrawn" list or use "All Users" if you're an HQ Admin.

Q: Can I see students across all statuses at once? A: Only HQ Admins can access "All Users" which shows everyone.

Q: What's the difference between Alumni and Certificate Holders? A: Alumni have completed both Level 1 and Level 2. Certificate Holders have completed only Level 1 and are cleared for Level 2.

Q: How are students added to the system? A: Campus Admins upload students to SSAdmin after confirming their initial deposit has been made. Students can be added individually or via bulk upload.

The list a student appears in depends on their current status. Students move between lists as their status changes.
