Fast Track Students
View and manage students enrolled in the accelerated Fast Track program
Overview
The Fast Track Students list displays all students enrolled in the accelerated program track. These students complete their coursework at a faster pace than the regular program schedule.
Viewing the Table
Navigate to Users > Fast Track from the sidebar to access this list.
The table displays:
- Students enrolled in the Fast Track program
- Both Level 1 and Level 2 Fast Track students
- Students across all campuses (filtered by your access level)
Table Columns
| Column | Description |

| S/N | Serial number for reference |
| Student Name | Full name (clickable to view profile) |
| Student ID | Unique student identifier |
| Campus | Enrolled campus location |
| Level | Current academic level (1 or 2) |
| Intake | Intake period (October, January, April) |
| Session | Academic session |
| Status | Current enrollment status |
| Actions | View, edit options |
Searching
Use the search bar to find specific Fast Track students:
Search by:
- Student name (first or last)
- Student ID
- Email address
Search Tips:
- Partial matches work (e.g., "John" finds "John Doe")
- Search is not case-sensitive
- Clear search to see all results again
Filtering
Available Filters
Campus Filter:
- Select specific campus
- HQ Admins see all campuses
- Campus Admins see only their campus
Level Filter:
- Level 1 Fast Track students
- Level 2 Fast Track students
- All levels
Intake Filter:
- October intake
- January intake
- April intake
Session Filter:
- Current session
- Previous sessions
Applying Filters
- Click on filter dropdown
- Select desired value
- Table updates automatically
- Combine multiple filters for precise results
Clearing Filters
- Click "Clear" or "Reset" button
- Or select "All" option in each filter
Actions
View Student Profile
- Click on student name in the table
- Or click the view icon in Actions column
- Opens full student profile page
Edit Student
- Click edit icon in Actions column
- Modify student information
- Save changes
Export List
- Click "Export" button above table
- Select format (CSV or Excel)
- Download includes filtered results
Sorting
Click column headers to sort:
- Student Name - Alphabetical (A-Z or Z-A)
- Student ID - Numerical order
- Campus - Alphabetical by campus name
- Level - By level number
- Intake - Chronological order
Click header again to reverse sort order.
Pagination
For large lists:
- Use Previous/Next buttons
- Click specific page numbers
- Select items per page (10, 25, 50, 100)
- Page info shows current position (e.g., "1-25 of 150")
Fast Track Program Details
What is Fast Track?
The Fast Track program allows eligible students to:
- Complete coursework at an accelerated pace
- Attend more intensive class schedules
- Progress through levels faster than regular students

Eligibility
Students may be placed in Fast Track based on:
- Prior educational background
- Assessment results
- Administrative decision
- Program availability at their campus

Common Tasks
Finding a Fast Track Student
- Navigate to Fast Track list
- Use search bar with student name or ID
- Apply campus filter if needed
- Click on student to view profile
Checking Fast Track Progress
- Open student profile from the list
- Review academic progress section
- Check completed courses and grades
- Verify upcoming requirements
Moving Student to Regular Track
- Open student profile
- Update program track status
- Save changes
- Student appears in regular Existing Students list
