Carryover Students

Overview

The Carryover Students page displays Level 2 students who were moved to Level 2 with pending Level 1 courses. These students need to complete their carryover courses while taking Level 2.

Carryover applies to Level 2 students who were "Moved to Level 2" (not "Cleared for Level 2"). They have 2-3 pending Level 1 courses that must be completed alongside their Level 2 studies.

How Students Get Carryover

Student completes most of Level 1 requirements
Student has 2-3 pending Level 1 courses
Admin uses Move to Level 2 in the Clearance tab
Pending courses are automatically assigned as carryover
Student appears in this list

Viewing the Table

Navigate to Users > Carryover
View all Level 2 students with carryover courses

Status	Carryover completion status
Actions	View, Manage

Searching

Search by student name, ID, or email.

Filtering

Campus - Filter by campus
Intake - Intake period
Status - Pending, In Progress, Completed

View Carryover Details

See which Level 1 courses are pending and their completion status.

Manage Carryover

Track completion and clear requirements as they finish.

Sorting

Sort by Name, Campus, or Carryover Count.

Pagination

Standard pagination controls.

Carryover vs Makeup

Type	Applies To	Description
Carryover	Level 2 students only	Pending Level 1 courses for students moved to Level 2
Makeup	Level 1 or Level 2 students	Missed classes within the same level that must be completed for progression or graduation
