Level 2 Applications

View Level 2 advancement applications (auto-approved)

Overview

The Level 2 Applications page displays applications from Level 1 students seeking advancement to Level 2 of the program. Students must complete Level 1 requirements before being eligible for Level 2. Applications are automatically approved by the system once submitted.

Applications are auto-approved by the system. There is no manual approval or rejection process. Students advance to Level 2 after completing Level 1 requirements and making their tuition deposit.

Viewing the Table

To access Level 2 Applications:

  1. Navigate to Admitted User in the sidebar
  2. Click on Users
  3. Select L2 Applications
  4. The table displays all Level 2 applications

Table Columns

Searching

Search applications by:

  • Student name
  • Student ID
  • Email address

Filtering

Available Filters

  1. Campus - Filter by campus
  2. Status - Auto-Approved, Pending Deposit, Active in L2
  3. L1 Completion - Complete, Incomplete
  4. Date Range - Application date range

Actions

View Application

Review the student's:

  • Level 1 academic record
  • Attendance history
  • Payment status
  • Outstanding requirements
  • Application status and deposit status

Application Flow

Once a Level 2 application is submitted:

  1. System verifies Level 1 completion status
  2. System automatically approves the application
  3. Student receives notification to make Level 2 deposit
  4. Student makes tuition deposit based on campus fee structure
  5. Student advances to Level 2

Sorting

Sort by any column header:

  • Name, Student ID, Application Date, Status

Pagination

Standard pagination with 10, 25, 50, 100 items per page options.

Permissions/Access

Campus Admins can only view applications for their assigned campus. Applications are auto-approved by the system - no manual approval action is needed.

Level 2 applications require the student to have completed all Level 1 requirements including courses, exams, and payments before they can advance.
