Makeup Students
View students with makeup course requirements
Overview
The Makeup Students page displays Level 1 or Level 2 students who have missed classes within their current level. These students must complete their makeup classes to progress to the next level or graduate.
Makeup classes are for students who missed classes within their same level. This is different from carryover, which applies only to Level 2 students who have pending Level 1 courses.
Viewing the Table
- Navigate to Admitted User > Users > With Makeup
- View all students with makeup requirements
Table Columns

Searching
Search by student name, ID, or email.
Filtering
- Campus - Filter by campus location
- Level - Filter by Level 1 or Level 2
- Intake - Filter by intake period
- Completion Status - Pending, In Progress, Completed
Actions
View Makeup Details
Click on a student to see:
- Courses requiring makeup
- Assignment deadlines
- Completion progress
Manage Makeup Assignments
- View assigned makeup work
- Mark assignments as complete
- Extend deadlines if needed
Sorting
Sort by Name, Campus, Level, or Number of Makeup Courses.
Pagination
Standard pagination: 10, 25, 50, 100 items per page.

Makeup vs Carryover
| Type | Applies To | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Makeup | Level 1 or Level 2 students | Missed classes within the same level that must be completed for progression or graduation |
