Complete user database view (HQ Admin only)

Overview

The All Users page provides HQ Admins with a complete view of all users in the SSAdmin system regardless of status. This is the master user database view.

Viewing the Table

  1. Navigate to Admitted User > Users > All Users
  2. View complete user database

This page is only accessible to HQ Admin users.

Table Columns

Searching

Search across all user records by:

  • Name
  • User ID
  • Email address

Filtering

Available Filters

  • Campus - All campuses
  • Level - All levels
  • Status - Active, Withdrawn, Deferred, Alumni, etc.
  • Role - Student, Admin, Instructor, etc.
  • Date Range - Creation date range

Actions

View User

View complete user profile regardless of status.

Edit User

Modify any user record in the system.

Delete User

Permanently remove a user record.

User deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Use status changes (withdrawn, deferred) instead when possible.

Sorting

Sort by any column including Status and Role.

Pagination

Standard pagination with larger page size options for bulk review.

Finding Any User

  1. Navigate to All Users
  2. Use search or filters
  3. Locate user regardless of status

System-Wide User Audit

  1. Export complete user list
  2. Review for data quality
  3. Identify duplicate or problematic records
  4. Take corrective action

Bulk Data Analysis

  1. Filter by criteria of interest
  2. Export filtered data
  3. Analyze in external tools
  4. Report findings

For day-to-day operations, use the specific status lists (Existing, Alumni, etc.) rather than All Users.
